A great local hidden gem for anyone that wants great coffee without going into Leeds City Centre.
I found this place on TikTok after my partner and I wanted a proper speciality coffee but didn't feel like heading into Leeds City Centre. There's plenty of great coffee shops there, but Collab. Coffee are passionate about their brews and I was impressed with the quality of their coffee.
The danger of finding a coffee shop on TikTok is that you end up somewhere that values aesthetic over substance, but this wasn't the case here. They had a great selection of sweet and savoury treats behind the counter and their barista even poured me a swan in my flat white. Would definitely visit again!
