Dandelion Coffee Buxton

We headed to Dandelion Coffee before hiking through Chee Dale Gorge in the Peak District, and I'm so glad we made the stop!

While small in size, this coffee shop boasts some delicious looking coffees from various roasters. I ordered a flat white and selected the Eclipse coffee, roasted by Onyx in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. This was perhaps the most expressive coffee I've ever tasted, with notes of dark chocolate, fig and bonfire - it was absolutely delicious. So much so that I bought a bag of coffee to take home with me.
